PRIVACY POLICY
Transparency in data handling
Privacy Philosophy
At FrostAzure, privacy is fundamental - not an afterthought. This policy explains our data practices in clear, straightforward language without legal obfuscation.
Our minimalist approach to data collection reflects our broader philosophy: collect only what's necessary, store only what's essential, and never use data in ways that compromise user privacy.
Data Collection
Age Verification: When you confirm your age (18+), this verification is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It never leaves your machine.
Server Logs: Our servers automatically log basic technical data: IP addresses, browser types, timestamps, and pages accessed. This is standard for web platforms.
Game Data: Progress, scores, and virtual currency are stored locally in your browser. FrostAzure servers do not collect or store this information.
No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information. None is required or requested.
Data Usage
Limited collected data serves specific purposes:
Technical Operation: Ensuring FrostAzure functions properly across devices and browsers.
Security: Detecting and preventing malicious activities or abuse.
Improvement: Understanding aggregate usage patterns to enhance the platform.
We do not use data for advertising, marketing, or tracking across websites. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Local Storage
Browser Storage: FrostAzure uses local storage to remember age verification. This data stays on your device.
User Control: You can clear local storage anytime through browser settings.
No Tracking Cookies: We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. No cross-site tracking occurs.
Third-Party Services
FrostAzure minimizes third-party dependencies. We may use CDNs for resource delivery, but we do not integrate analytics services, advertising networks, or social media trackers.
Data Security
Minimal data collection inherently reduces security risks. We don't maintain databases of user information, so there's no centralized data to compromise.
We employ reasonable security measures to protect our infrastructure and maintain platform integrity.
Minors
FrostAzure is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover underage access, we take steps to prevent continuation.
User Rights
Since we don't maintain user accounts or centralized personal data, there's no data repository to access or delete. Age verification exists only on your device and can be cleared through your browser.
You maintain complete control through browser privacy settings.
International Users
FrostAzure is accessible globally. Our minimal data practices align with privacy regulations worldwide, including GDPR and CCPA.
Policy Updates
